Initially sourcing honey and wax from South Australia, from a connection established nearly a decade ago from a chance meeting. A mutual appreciation of pure, natural, good tasting honey founded the relationship between an apiarist and one of the founders of Primal Exports. These alliances are still in place today, built from trust and common aims to provide market leading products of the finest quality and a mission to ensure the safety and longevity of bees.
Quality assurance is at the core of our values. The wax we collect is sent to one of Australia’s foremost microbiology laboratories and run through rigorous tests. Guaranteeing only the purest wax is selected for use in our products and delivered to clients. This data is also vital in monitoring the health and well being of hives. We work in collaboration with our apiarists to ensure their colonies flourish.
As sustainability and welfare of the bees is paramount, Primal Exports Co are selective of the apiaries from which we source. With connections to long standing beekeepers across Australia, some of them having an individual knowledge base of over 60 years, we take guidance from these experts. Years of experience and knowledge are infused into modern, ethically progressive production processes.
